Comments are encouraged in the hope of an enlightened discourse. Since this is, in all likelihood, a bong dream in today’s divisive climate, the real standard is that ad hominem attacks and rants won’t be tolerated. If you don’t like the site, go to “Knucklehead Knock-Knock Jokes” (KKKJ), “Basement Trolls Are Us”, even “Everything that is f*cked up is the Clinton’s fault except for the sh*t Obama did because he’s a Kenyan” or, as affectionally known among the disciples, ETIFUITCFEFTSODBHAK.

Not as egregious a sin, more like a venial than mortal sin, comments totally off topic are frowned upon. And you really don’t want to see a frowning Jester. Shameless self-promotion is tolerated to a point, as long what you are promoting is at least tangentially related to life, the universe and everything.

To leave comments, the visitor needs to leave their name and email, while the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string are automatically collected. This is all done to help with spam detection. No personal information will be divulged, even under threat of torture (In the case of actual torture, I might have to reconsider. I’m sure you understand). So the Jester doesn’t have to waste his time culling through garbage, the site uses Akismet to block spam – sorry Putin.
